WHO AM I IN LIFE?

I am 44 years old.

I am doing what I love, I am convinced that psychology is my vocation from birth. Before working as a psychologist, I worked in the big corporate world in positions from manager to heads of departments, so I know all the nuances, complexities and loopholes of this world from A to Z.

A few years ago, I transformed and improoved myself completely. I got rid of food, alcohol, and emotional addictions. I fell in love with reading books, I do sports 3 times a week, I try to move every day: swim, walk down the street or dance. 8 years ago, I took control above my food begavior and lost 30 lb and the weight no longer returns.

There are pets. I help animal shelters. I like cooking. I like do experiment and explore myself. I do not eat sugar, sweets, flour, dairy products and adhere to a healthy diet 24/7 and feel light and free without harmful carbohydrates, sugar and fats.

My son is 21 years old, finishing one of the best US engeeneer college with great grades. I am in a long-term happy relationship. Before that, she had experienced 2 traumatic divorces. During my life, I radically changed my place of residence 4 times and started everything from scratch.

Exclusive approach

I work within the exclusive method of «Realotherapy» created by the Russian scientist, Ph.D. Psychological Sciences Mikhail Khors.
This method systematically accumulates some elements of well known CBT, REBT, ACT approaches. There are only dozen certified practitioners in this method in the world.
The method has been showing its effectiveness and productivity for 15 years.
